Last updated: 22 July 2026

1. About Oranique

This website is owned and operated by:

Registered business name: Oranique
Company registration number: 2026/469434/07
Registered in: South Africa
Director or office bearer: Elsabe Maree
Physical and legal address: 42 Sandvygie Crescent, Doornpoort, Gauteng, 0186
Telephone and WhatsApp: 064 504 6001
Email: orders@oranique.co.za
Website: www.oranique.co.za

In these Terms and Conditions, “Oranique”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Oranique. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to any person who accesses the website or purchases products from us.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refunds Policy and Shipping Information.

Please read these documents before completing a purchase.

You will be given an opportunity to review your order, correct mistakes and withdraw from the transaction before submitting payment.

3. Who may place an order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order.

Anyone younger than 18 must use the website and purchase products with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Products

Oranique sells pure bovine collagen products, branded measuring accessories and other products that may be added to the range from time to time.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes, ingredients, prices and availability are accurate.

Product packaging may be updated from time to time. Minor differences in packaging, colour, presentation or product images do not necessarily mean that the product supplied is incorrect.

5. Product use and health information

Oranique Pure Collagen is derived from bovine sources and is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.

Products must be used and stored according to the instructions on the packaging.

Information on the Oranique website is provided for general product and educational purposes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or replace professional medical advice.

Customers who are pregnant, breastfeeding, receiving medical treatment, taking medication, managing a medical condition or concerned about allergies or dietary suitability should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using a supplement.

Individual experiences and results may differ.

6. Prices

All prices are displayed in South African rand.

The price shown on the website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, subject to the correction of genuine and obvious pricing errors.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout unless the order qualifies for free delivery.

Oranique may change product prices, delivery charges or promotional offers at any time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

7. Placing an order

Adding a product to your shopping basket does not reserve the product.

An order is submitted when you:

  1. Select the products;
  2. Provide the required customer and delivery information;
  3. Accept the applicable website policies;
  4. Submit payment through PayFast; and
  5. Receive an order confirmation.

An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Acceptance remains subject to successful payment, stock availability and verification of the order information.

8. Payment

Payments are processed through PayFast.

Oranique does not accept EFT payments through the website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payment information may be processed by PayFast according to its own terms and privacy practices. Oranique receives transaction-related information required to confirm and manage the order.

We do not knowingly request or store complete payment-card details directly on the Oranique website.

9. Stock availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after payment has been made, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

The customer may choose to:

  • Remove the unavailable product and receive a refund for that item; or
  • Cancel the affected order and receive a refund.

Where an online supplier is unable to fulfil an order because the goods are unavailable, ECTA requires notification and repayment within the prescribed period.

10. Delivery

Oranique currently delivers only within South Africa.

Orders are delivered through The Courier Guy or another suitable courier appointed by Oranique when necessary.

Delivery charges, estimated delivery times, tracking and other shipping information are explained on our Shipping Information page.

The customer is responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

11. Returns and refunds

Returns are handled according to our Refunds Policy.

Oranique offers a voluntary seven-working-day return period for qualifying unopened and unused products.

This voluntary return policy does not limit any rights a customer may have under the Consumer Protection Act, ECTA or other applicable South African law.

12. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers and discount codes:

  • Are valid only for the period stated;
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • May be limited to specific products or customers;
  • May not be combined unless stated otherwise; and
  • May be withdrawn or corrected if issued or applied in error.

Any promotion will remain subject to applicable consumer-protection legislation.

13. Customer accounts

Customers may be able to create an account to view orders and manage certain information.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping login details confidential;
  • Providing accurate account information;
  • Preventing unauthorised access to your account; and
  • Informing us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Oranique may suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or unauthorised use.

14. Acceptable website use

You may not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
  • Introduce malicious software;
  • Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website; or
  • Submit false, misleading or harmful information.

15. Intellectual property

The Oranique name, logos, product presentation, website design, written content, photographs, graphics and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Oranique.

They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

16. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, courier providers, social-media platforms and technical service providers.

Oranique is not responsible for the content or independent privacy practices of external websites. Customers should review the applicable third party’s own policies.

17. Website availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, secure and available.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, security work or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Oranique will not be responsible for losses caused by:

  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer;
  • Use of a product contrary to its instructions;
  • Unauthorised use of the customer’s account;
  • Events outside Oranique’s reasonable control; or
  • Website interruptions that could not reasonably have been prevented.

This section does not exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

19. Privacy

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection laws.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain personal information must be processed and shared with relevant service providers to take payment, prepare the order and complete delivery.

20. Complaints

Questions or complaints may be submitted to:

Email: orders@oranique.co.za
Telephone or WhatsApp: 064 504 6001

Please include your name, order number and a clear description of the matter.

We will attempt to respond and resolve the complaint within a reasonable period.

Nothing in these terms prevents a customer from approaching the National Consumer Commission, Information Regulator or another competent regulatory or dispute-resolution body.

21. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any dispute will be dealt with by a court or competent authority with jurisdiction, subject to the customer’s applicable consumer rights.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our products, website operations, payment systems, service providers or legal obligations change.

The date at the top of the page will show when the terms were last updated.
