ORANIQUE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Last updated: 22 July 2026

1. Delivery area

Oranique currently delivers throughout South Africa only.

We do not currently offer international delivery.

2. Courier provider

Orders are delivered through The Courier Guy or another suitable courier appointed by Oranique where operationally necessary.

Customers will be informed if a different delivery provider is used.

3. Delivery fee

The standard delivery fee is:

R160 per order

There are no additional remote-area surcharges charged to the customer.

4. Free delivery

Free standard delivery applies to orders with a product value of:

R1,500 or more

The qualifying order value is calculated after discounts and before adding delivery charges.

Free delivery promotions may be subject to separate promotional terms.

5. Customer collection

Customer collection is not available.

All website orders must be delivered by courier to a valid South African delivery address.

6. Order processing

Orders for in-stock products that are successfully paid before 12:00 on a working day may be dispatched on the same working day.

Orders received:

  • After 12:00;
  • During weekends;
  • On public holidays; or
  • During business closures

will ordinarily be processed on the next working day.

Same-day dispatch depends on successful payment, stock availability, address verification and courier collection schedules. It is not guaranteed.

7. Estimated delivery time

Standard delivery is normally estimated at two to three working days after dispatch.

Delivery to certain remote or outlying areas may take longer, although Oranique does not charge the customer an additional remote-area surcharge.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. They may be affected by:

  • Courier network delays;
  • Severe weather;
  • Road closures;
  • Public holidays;
  • Peak shopping periods;
  • Incorrect delivery information;
  • Security restrictions;
  • Industrial action; or
  • Other circumstances outside Oranique’s reasonable control.

8. Tracking

Where tracking is available, the customer will receive a tracking number or delivery update after the parcel has been dispatched.

Courier tracking information may take time to update after collection.

Customers may contact Oranique where tracking information has not updated for an unusual period.

9. Delivery addresses

Customers must provide:

  • A complete physical street address;
  • Correct suburb, city and postal code;
  • A valid South African telephone number;
  • The recipient’s full name; and
  • Any access information reasonably required by the courier.

Deliveries cannot be made to an incomplete or invalid address.

10. Address changes

Contact Oranique immediately if a delivery address needs to be changed.

An address cannot always be changed after the order has been packed, dispatched or handed to the courier.

Additional courier charges resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer before re-delivery.

11. Receiving the parcel

Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

The courier may contact the recipient by telephone, SMS or email to arrange or complete delivery.

A signature, delivery code, photograph or other courier confirmation may be used as proof of delivery.

12. Failed delivery attempts

Where delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No one is available;
  • The address is incorrect;
  • Access is refused;
  • The customer cannot be contacted; or
  • Required delivery information is missing,

the courier may return the parcel to Oranique.

The customer may be responsible for a new delivery fee where the failed delivery resulted from incorrect information or circumstances within the customer’s control.

13. Risk during delivery

Oranique remains responsible for the parcel while it is being delivered until it has been delivered to the address supplied by the customer or accepted by an authorised recipient.

Customers should inform Oranique promptly if a parcel appears to have been lost or damaged during delivery.

14. Damaged parcels

Please inspect the parcel as soon as possible after delivery.

Damage, leaking products, missing items or incorrect items should preferably be reported within 48 hours by sending:

  • The order number;
  • Photographs of the courier packaging;
  • Photographs of the damaged product;
  • A photograph of the courier label; and
  • A description of the problem.

The 48-hour request helps us investigate the courier delivery and does not remove any statutory rights.

15. Delayed or lost parcels

Where a parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, Oranique will contact the courier and investigate.

A refund or replacement will not normally be issued while the parcel remains in active transit and the courier investigation is still underway, unless required by law or the delay has become unreasonable.

ECTA states that an online order should be executed within the agreed period or, where no alternative period is agreed, within 30 days. It also provides cancellation rights where the supplier fails to perform within the applicable period.

16. Out-of-stock products

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer.

Any approved refund for an unavailable item will be processed through the original payment method.
